you never saw me and don't tell anyone, but i did get one. but heh.....i was a gift for christmas from my mother....what was i going to do. a few things that are obviously bad about them. for one they draw in warm/hot air from the engine therefore doing exactly the opposite of what they were designed to do.....produce more power. and if you do any off roading with deep water around you are asking for trouble. hydrolock is like a bad thing and this thing only makes it easier for it to happen.

when i first had it it did seem to accelerate smoother and i seemed to have better throttle response. but this could have just been in my head. engine sounds more bad ass too, but that is just a sound.

if you do a search on this you will find a very heated discussion about it. pretty funny actually.

but if you like shiney silver things under the hood go for it, but i certainly could find better ways to spend $250 or whatever it was on my truck.
