...Yes I welded an extra tab/boss on there and redrilled the existing .5" holes more forward...

I have the Hella 500's on the front of mine. You still have to drill the holes a little farther forward. Dont go to far forward or you wont be able to get the bolts on.
I like that jack mount. Is that a custom home made job or did you buy it?

Yes nice indeed, Slider. A lot of candle power on that rig. Have you fired all 7 Hellas at once and what do you do with that much light?

Also given that the winch sits under the bumper (air-bag version) that middle light won't get in the way as the winch is not accessible from the top.

I still think the Avalanche should've been named the ark or something. I'm pretty sure you can just drive them into lakes and stuff and they'll float. That's that whole grey plastic thing, its really just an amphibious vehicle. Pretty cool concept... surprised chevy thought it up.

Craig, I was going to ask the same. I'm all for lights up front, but blocking the radiator is a bad idea....of course this is more dependant on where you live...but still.
