Anyone experience this:

A/C is working fine, then suddenly fan shuts off. Press A/C button to turn it off, then again to turn it back on and it starts working again like nothing happened??

Happened last weekend in my '96 SE7. Only the front A/C was on.

have the same truck and happened a few times. just chalked it up to sir lucas. at least i have 3 out of 4 fan speeds. can't think of a/c right now. been cold here lately. but i have no idea why it does that and it is not frequent enough for me to try and track it down.

Why does it do that strange shutting off intermittenly thing on the AC?

'Cause your Disco wants you to JIGGLE IT!

The 70s may be gone but DISCO AIN'T DEAD!!!

There is a fan cut off relay that is supposed to keep you from burning up the blower motor. Mine shuts off imtermittantly in the #4 speed setting but always turns right back on within a few seconds. I can hear a relay clickin on/off when it does that so I think that is what mine is doing. Next time it does it, try waiting a short time or switch to the #3 speed and see if comes back on. If so that may be your problem (not really a problem if it is that relay, it's doing its job).
