Tyson Get some OME springs and Shocks and put them on your self it is not hard. There is a write up in the tech section.
As for a body lift my understanding is that to much work needs done to Tranny, T-case & Other items to make it work. How much lift are you looking for. Good Luck

I was looking closely at OME springs and shocks becasue there is a ARB outlet about 1km from my house, but I also looked at the Rancho RS9000 becasue of the soft and stiffer settings. What is your opion on these shocks? I am looking for enough lift to may be increase my wheel size.

Rancho's you will have to change you shock mounts. The shocks it all depends on who you ask, some love them and some say they are J**p crap.
You can also stick with OME shocks and put shock extentions on. Go to http://www.expeditionexchange.com In the tech section there is a write up on how. Last I checked they were still holding up well.
Hope this helps

A body lift isnt hard, spacers(10) between existing mounts w/longer bolts, redrilling for the radiator mount at the top, tweaking(slight bending) A/C lines at the front and re-adjusting your steering linkage. 2" max lift to keep the same steering linkage. Your t-case lever connections are just cables, no work involved except a extension for your t-case handle.Seat belt work at the frame mounting points. Thats it.Your bumpers show the lift very much.

If you are in Melbourne call Rangie Spares...0394644094 they only do RR and LR and have 11 different spring combo's for disco. I dont have any affiliation with them but have just bought some springs from them.

The other specialist in Melbourne is AMV automotive in Ringwood, they set up Mike Smiths Range Rover that has won the Outback Challenge, the Malaysian Rainforest Challenge and just about everything else in between, and are setting up his Discovery. Ph:0398709904.
Rangie spares are also great as they supply the flairs for the Discovery's, as well as the spring combinations and sill gards etc.

Good to hear thers afew Aussies around here
Id stick with ARB (OME)
ARB have top service over here. If you have a shock failure etc under warrenty they will air freight parts to the nearest ARB dealer any where. Which is good know you dont have to have your car towed back home when your on your big holiday.
Theres several ARB dealers in melb. Look them up in the phone book.
Think the whole kit installed is about $1200 which includes wheel alignment.
Good Luck

Tyson, Rangie Spares in thomastown is the best place to get the guards trimmed, they will install the flairs as well if you want them.
