Today I saw a 94 Disco with 90,000mi on it and it said on it there was 10,000 mi left on the warranty. HUH? I have a 95 with 72,000 on it (not orig. owner). Does mine have some sort of warranty still on effect? What does it cover?

The guy must have an extended warranty. You can find a good service warranty for your Disco as well on www.roverguy.com. they have bumper to bumper plans. I bought one from them for my 1995 Disco a couple of months back and have had over 1k in stuff done to date.

I recently purchased a '95 Discovery from a friend. I would be very interested in purchasing a service warranty for it.

I would be curious if the warranty would also cover Paint. My '95 is black and I can not seem to buff out the paint to its "expected" shine. I don't believe it is oxidized.
Has paint been a problem with Discos in the past?
