I bought some steel bar 150mm wide X 10mm had it cut to 150mm long (therefore square)and drilled it myself to match the old spring retainers (not used anymore due to cones)cost me under $10 Australian and with a pair of those sitting on top of the original rear spring lower mounts have given a lift of about 30mm - just what I needed!
I also needed to get a set of 4 high tensile bolts that were a bit longer than stock.

You can order the 10mm OME spacer at 9.00 a piece.

jmon,

Make certain you install those spring spacers (10mm or 5mm) on top of the spring not under the spring. The fronts can come unseated if they are sitting on top of the spacer. I just order 4 10mm today.

jmon,

I installed a set of 10mm under my front springs and they shifted the springs on both sides out of line pretty quickly. I think a 5mm on the bottom and a 5mm on top will work fine, too. Easier to just drop a 10mm on top.
