I am in the process of tire selection and was wondering if anybody is using 2" RTE springs on a D1 with 4.10's, bumpers, winch and sliders with 33 x 9.5 x 15 MTR's. I know I have to trim but am wondering how much and if I should just step up to the 3" springs or have to go with spacers if I keep the 2" springs. I am really happy with my setup ... just need more axle clearance.

Thanks,
Murray

Those sound like BFG tires...I was looking at them once, but I don't like BFG MT's.

I think they will fit about the same as 265/75-16's. I seem to remember they are SMALL 33's.

Check archives for trim details on 265/75's.

A 2" lift isnt suited very well for a 33" tire, big or small IMO.

Thanks John ... you probably saved me from a big headache ... back to the drawing board but that is half the fun.
