I am not sure, but I think that the trailing arms on the front axle are loose. There is no play at the rear bushings, but the front part moves side to side very easily. I have noticed a distinct thud sound coming from the front end when I go over bumps and can not think of anything else it could be. If it is the trailing arms could I just replace the bushings and tighten them down really well. Also, would the OME castor correction kit do anything for this. I have OME MD springs and 235/85 16's. This is driving me nuts and I would appreciate any help. Thanks.

Rob, a few weeks after I replaced the stock busings with the OME castor correcting ones the bolts loosend up and made clonking noises whenever I went over a bump. I tightened them and the clunks went away. The castor correcting bushings fixed my steering problem but increased vibration on my RR. It also seems to flex less...

Just my experience...

Oops, actually they are the trailing arms. I noticed Ho's writeup on the expedition exchange site, but I can't put new ones on right now. Does anyone else have any experience with the caster correction bushings? Where is the cheapest place to get them? Nathan? Thanks for the advice.
