My clutch has to push the lever all the way down to the floor to change gear.I have problem to engage 2nd gear at 4rpm and up. Is that normal?
How I can adjust it to demultiplex 1" upwards of the floor?

As far as I know, there is no true adjustment since the Disco has a hydraulic clutch. You need to bleed the air out of your system.
It is a simple job but will require two people unless you have a pressure bleeder. Bleed the system the same way you would bleed brakes. The bleed screw is on the slave cylinder attached to the bell housing. There MAY be a heat sheild over the slave that must be removed before you can get access.
