Lately at night the temperatures here have gotten below 32 degrees. This has been causing my fluid to temporarily freeze until the vehicle warms up. Usually just a few minutes. I would have just swapped in some semi-synthetic into the unit. Learned from past experiences. However, the LR manual states that only ATF should be used. So, can I use a semi-synthetic power steering fluid or am I stuck with ATF? Any ideas? Thanks!

Why not use a synthetic ATF?

Hadn't thought of that. I guess I'll have to look into it. Thanks!
