OK guys, I have been racking my brain and cannot figure these out. I try them with the headlamps on low, and the windshield washer going. The windshield and rear washers work fine. I have replaced the washer pump, and non-return valve (as this was causing leaking from the tank), and have cleaned the tank and backflushed the system (therefore know the hoses and tee-piece are not clogged).
On the boards in July, JA had simnilar problems and was banking on the relay. JA, if you are reading this, was this indeed the problem and how did you fix it?
I would love to hear any other ideas.
