When on the gas at all, im getting a NEW pulling to the right since ive put a Detroit Noslip locker in my 93' K5 blazer. It does not pull when braking or coasting but when i give it any amount of acceleration, it starts to pull to the right. In addition to that i have now noticed that when in 4 wheel drive, turn the wheel either direction, the truck goes about 4-5 ft. and then stops. When you give it gas the rear tire on the side in which you are turning starts sliping (ripping the surface below). It seems like its binding or is it just that the locker is trying to push me forward so much.

Is the locker also making allot of noise on the road ? Sounds like its not releasing..

Yes and I agree however a local driveline/4x4 shop who first thought the same thing couldn't find any problems upon disassembly and inspection. Any thoughts on how to further diaganose
this problem?

There is a test you can do with both wheels off the ground. You can find it on trach techs web site.

Basically the test gos as follows. Jack both wheels of the axle with the locker in it clear of the ground , truck in park. Take one wheel and rotate it as far as you can in one direction (it will stop and unlock the locker) at that point you should be able to turn the other wheel freely and hear a very clear distinct clicking sound. If it wont turn or you dont hear any clicking then something is wrong with it. Repeat the same with unlocking the other side....
