Is there anything else that could cause a low ignition spark other than the ECM? My 95 Disco cranked finally but ran real poor and quit. Would not crank again. Has spark but is very weak. Changed wires, plugs, rotor and cap in the spring.

maybe the coil? or the ignition amplifier?
