I have the radio code and i tried to input into the radio, but all i heard was a beep and "code" stayed on the screen.

Are there steps i'm missing? i heard it will lockout upon three tries and i'm afraid to try it again?

I know you guys have the answers...because this board is the bestest!

If you have the correct code all you have to do is put it in. Try turning it off first then turn it on then put the code in. I never had any trouble. Good luck
