My Discovery S II driver’s side headlamp washer jet was broken off the other day. I purchased a new one from the dealer but cannot seem to reach the hose receptacle. Is there a part of the bumper I need to remove?

The parts guy told me it was easy getting up under the bumper, but I can’t seem to be able to reach the receptacle. Am I missing something and does anyone have any suggestions?

ON a D1 anyway, as I recall (having long since removed my air dam and spoiler stuff) you have to take them off to get to the hose...I may be wrong on that though, so DC it...but it could be the case on the D2, it would be between the metal bumper and the chin spoiler if thats how it is...
