At a complete stop, when I let off the brake, before I press on the gas, I can feel a slight drag with vibration from the floor. As the speed increases, the drag goes away. I never felt that before. Is there something wrong? Any help is appreciated

Maybe, but, even if it was doesn't mean they did it.. Take the grease gun and give it some squirts. Little extra isn't going to hurt.. When it starts oozing out then you know you got enough in there.
