is there a difference? offset still 5.3 and change?

Yes, not interchangable. Don't know the offset, but the bolt circle diameter on the DII is smaller than the DI wheels. Also, the center hub on the DI wheel is larger than the DII.

DI shares bolt pattern w/ D90 and the old RR. New RR and the DII have same pattern.

Cannot interchange.
