Will I do any damage to my vehicle if I run the American Racing steel wheels with my stock lugnuts? I am going to purchase new lugnuts if there is a problem. Thank you for any input

No problems. We use the alloy lugnuts on thee steelies. They were meant for it as they are flared at the bottom.
