My CC doesn't work. Dealer said vacum hoses ok but my actuator is not. How Do I replace it? Where is it? Thanks

Fixed actuator. Found a small leak on the diaphram of actuator and put some goop on it and cc is working. Dealer wanted $150 to fix.
