Do I have to make many mod's to a 97 D1 in order to use those tyres?
How about gas mileage?

FWIW, the 265/75 is a stock US size, rarely seen if at all in the UK.
UK prefers 225/75 16 for the 90, unless options dictate and 750 r 16 or 235/85-16 for the 110/130/147

Thanks Chris,
This is a US stock D90. The guy is buying the truck and he wants to put a new set of tyres and he was going to give me the existing wheels & tyres. Put at this point I do not want to make any changes to my D1.
