'96 disco 60,000mi. The temp. gauge only recently started fluctuating from the very bottom to the bottom line of the normal range. While driving, it goes up and down in this range. Coolant level is good and the heater blows constant hot air. I suspect the sending unit or the thermostat. Can anyone give me some direction? Thanks

unsure what you mean by the very bottom,but no cars temp should run on the very bottom.suspect dodgy capillary or such.???

Stuck open thermostat.

Possibly bad sendor or wire connection
