Is there any company that makes a steering damper relocation kit that allows you to use the stock damper and not buy the D90 damper?

Nope, it's too much of an angle because it's pin/pin. I don't think anyone makes one. Nathan Crabtree can get you an OME for $50. www.discountrovers.com

The RTE relocation kit lets you use an inexpensive Ford F350 damper.......
