I don't do any rockcrawling in Michigan, but getting high centered in deep ruts is a distinct possibility.
What's everybody do about the more delicate parts of the front end?
Steering arm
drag link
tie rod
steering stabilizer
1) protect it
2) upgrade/relocated it
3) risk it

Dan Bars (MJ Lee) or rockware for the steering and a SG rock gard and reloaction kit for the damper.
Problems sloved. PS the rock gard and reloction kit are on sale.

And boy did they get used (read abused) this weekend - ouch!! Lots of rocks and tree stumps
