I was wondering, do the stock LR nuts fit on these wheels?

Nope...gotta buy ones for steel. 2-3 bucks each.

I just purchased a set of the American Racing Wheels (they are collecting dust in the garage even as we speak). The stock lug nuts for the alloy wheels will fit the steel wheels. However, they will look a little stupid since the lug nut will stick out from the wheel by 1+ inches. I just paid $1.99 each for the steel lug nuts from Gulf Coast Rovers.
