Just got in the new issue of "The Rover Rag" from Wise Owl.

Ray is going to have his new overdrives out in February for an introductory cost of $999US. Evidently, there will be a web site up soon at www.roverdrives.com. I very interested to see what comes of this. I know Rovers Down South has Fairey rebuilds for sale at about $1250, but this could be interesting. He mentions a 28% RPM drop at highway speeds (imagine cruising at 55MPH at less then 2500!) Anyway, could be an interesting development.

The other big bit I saw that caught my eye was a set of 5 BFG Trac Edge's 750-16 (just about the same as 235/85R16) for $495US. Not a bad deal at all if you're in the market for new tires.
