We have been experiencing intermittent outages. We are working with our isp to resolve this issue.

Some additional information:
The problem is not with the serever DiscoWeb resides on, or at PowerEnterprises. The problem appears to be a fault router upstream at a Verizon contractor. This is why the outages are fairly consistent in duration. The router starts to drop packets, and DiscoWeb becomes unavailable. Then 20-25 minutes later it resets itself, and we come back. The process then repeats itself ad nauseam. We now need to get the Verizon contractor to aknowledge the problem and fix their router.

Until the problem has been resolved, the outages seem to last for 20-25 minutes. So if you can't get do DiscoWeb, wait a little bit, then try again.
