Try the LR Supermarket. I have heard that you can buy things pretty inexpensively there. They advertise in the UK Land Rover Magazines.

Safety Devices cannot sell an Adventure Roof rack to anyone in the US. They have an exclusive agreement with Land Rover. I don't think the same goes for the UK though.
