Just walked out of the house, and my tires are running way low. The sidewall reads 65psi cold. Any recommendation on psi?

that 65 is probably the max pressure you should use for the max load of xxx lbs.
Your truck is not that heavy.
I run about 45 rear 40 front.
But you can run them in the 30s for softer ride if you want, but gas mileage will suffer.

Really, tire pressure is all about optimizing the contact patch of your tire with the weight of the truck for good wear and grip.
