Even though my Disco II is scheduled for oil change at every 7,500 miles, most cars are recommend at 3,000. How often do you guys change yours? Is it safe to stay with LR's recommended schedule at 7500 miles? Thanks.

do it about every 3k..if it is new I would do it at about 2k or earlier to get out all the metal and stuff from the new motor..my freind got a new KTM and would change his oil alot when new because of all the metal that was in the oil from the new motor
