Stock 98 Disco with Bilstein shocks. Will a CB lift with OME MD in rear put it nose up? Do I need OME HD in the rear to get it balanced/nose down? No brush bar or anything up front yet. Thanks in advance.

Tate, my '96 actually sits the same as before. Front seems a little lower. I did the CB lift w/ OME HD's in rear.

Lynden,
Hmmm...so with the MD rears, I wonder if it will sit even. Even or nose down wouldn't be bad--just not nose up like so many 4runners with saggy rear leaves. :-)

Odds are you will be nose up a tad with OME MD being that you have a 98 and the rear springs are still pretty fresh. Keep in mind stock is nose DOWN and I think that looks best and has some advantages (you run more lift in back where the DS can take it and your approach and depature angles are then about the same). if you go with OMe Md I would try to get two DS springs.
