What should the idle revs be on the 3.9 V8i be - mine sit at about 550 - seems a bit low.

I think its 850?

550 to 850, its all good. Mine was at 600, then about 700 a few months later. If it runs fine, don't worry.

Yeah , most autos are around 800-850... Downt at 500 you can get a stall if you get on/off the throttle fast in traffic..
