Hi, my stock radio for 95 Disco seems to have LED failure. About quarter of display panel(from Rightmost) won't lit anymore.
Probably bad LED's. Is there any solution for this?
If this is a time to upgrade my radio, which one should I go? I currently have stock pioneer 6-disc CD changer under my driver seat and this head unit contols that and I want replacing head unit can still be hooked to play my exsiting CD changer.

The display is backlit with a couple small bulbs (not LEDs, fortunately). They're replaceable, if you want to take the radio out and pop the top cover off to get at the insides.

Is it the same as the clock? I lost the lighting in the clock last week and cant figure it out.

The clock bulb is larger, by a little bit.

I do not know how I can manage the vehicle without this site. I went to one of the dealer here in Atlanta and talk to the master technician there. He said he saw similar problems before and since it's LED problem, he does not know how to solve the problem.
Disco web has many kind and knowledgeable people and do appreciate your help.
Now, Jon. Would you explain in more detail how to get the radio out and pop the top cover off and instaill the bulb? What kind of bulb should I purchase?
