Sorry guys I know this is the discoweb but I have a 110 rear drum brake question. My buddy just bought a 93 and we were trying to bleed his brakes, well the damn nipples are seized like you wouldn't believe even after spraying for several days with penetrating oil. We would like to get some spares anticipating we are going to ruin at least one of them but don't know what size. The guy at my local parts store says "sorry man you'll have to bring one in" well if I could bring one in I wouldn't be having this problem. My local dealer was no help so I thought I would try here anyone know what size and thread pitch this would take?
Thanks,
Wes
PS woops I already posted this message in the wrong place

93 110 rear drum have the same wheel cylinders as SIII salisburys. I belive they are normal not metric but I don't know as I bought mine from a rover supplier

I would call roversnorth or british pacific and get some. Should be less than $5 for all you need. The way to get them out it to clean off the surronding area with a wire brush spray with PB blaster and then tap the end of it in with a hammer.
Also don't fart about with getting them off. Put a 6 point wrench on there and shock it with a hammer. It will come off 95% of the time. gradual pressure only strips it. Worst case you need a new wheel cylinder which is not expensive as they are the same as the SIII ones.
