These are pictures of my modified ARB airbag compatible bumper. I wan unhappy with the proposed positioning of the winch so I chose to configure it my way. I had a fabricator cut a hole in the top and place a steel plate on top of the crush cans. We then further strengthened the crush cans by welding a plate to the bottoms. The holes were cut using a plasma cutter to ensure clean lines. Where the crush cans attach to the bumper, tack welds were placed to ensure it did not move. I then had the entire bumper re-powder coated. I placed a Warn HS9500 and did not have to trim anything. There is plenty of room for what ever you want in this configuration.
