Emissions error codes after head gasket install (lots)

Hey folks,
I just did the head gaskets on my 2004 D2. Everything started up well and the engine runs smooth but I have a smorgesboard of error codes that are present.

Two other things to note (after resetting codes)

• - While driving, the codes do not reappear. They only reappear once the engine is shut off and appear upon starting the engine.
• - When starting, it takes maybe another second or two of cranking before the engine starts

I have taken the following actions thus far:

• - Reset / driven / reset
• - Removed / inspected / reinstalled MAF and intake
• - Inspected closely all vacuum lines and sensors

Here are the codes I am getting after messing with things a number of times:

• P0134 - 02 Sensor circuit no activity detected bank 1 sensor 1
• P0154 - O2 Banks 2 no activity detected
• Po135 - 02 Sensor heater current bank 1 sensor 1
• P0155 - O2 Heater bank 2 sensor 1
• P0161 - 02 Heater bank 2 sensor 2
• P1451 - Fault code not found
• P0445 - Evap emissions system
• P0102 - Mass air flow current low
• P0340 - Camshaft position sensor current bank 1
• P1482 - Fault code not found
• P0414 - Second air injection system switching valve short circuit
• P0445 - Evaporative purge control valve short circuit
• P0448 - Evaporative emissions system vent short circuit
• P0102 - Mass air flow circuit low
• P1884 - Fault code not found

Any thoughts? Everything looks good as far as I can tell, and I labeled everything before taking it off. Any input is appreciated.

EDIT.

Almost there.... Apparently in my brilliance I made an error in routing the V belt. Down to only one error code now (P1884). I know there's a thread or two on this one, off to do some reading....

Ok, looking for advice on next steps. I still have one error P1884. I have inspected the TPS carefully and cleaned the MAF well with MAF cleaner. I have also swapped out my current MAF with an unknown older Disco MAF and the error still remains.

In reading other threads, I did notice a few interesting values on my UltraGauge:

• MAF 1 - 0.00
• Instant MPG - Err

The slightly 'harder start' noted above also still remains. So given this, does it look like my MAF is bad?
