Hello folks.
Courtesy of Will T. I installed a new MAF and new Purge Valve after having MAF codes and p0441.
MAF code is gone, but I still get p0441 after drive cycles complete. On top of that, I put my foot in it a bit while it was still a bit cold and it bogged down hard and threw the following:
p0305 cyl 5 misfire
p1319 misfire with low/empty fuel (I did have less than 1/4 tank)
p0734 gear 4 incorrect ratio
p0733 gear 3 incorrect ratio
My inclination is that the misfires are due to still having some sort of incorrect reading on the evap system, and the gear ratio codes threw due to the fact the car lost significant power during acceleration? Reasonable?
From that, I gather that figuring out my EVAP p0441 code would solve everything. Any thoughts on what could still be throwing that? Have an appointment to get it smoked on Thursday, but would appreciate some collective advice to ward off any possible incorrect diagnoses from the shop here in town.
