So does anyone know where I can find this part. Its for the D2. Part number ESR4627. Dealer says its been discontinued and not available...any ideas?

The only one I can find is a used one on eBay.

Worst case scenario, you'll need to take the old hose to a hydraulic shop and see if they can make a similar hose for you.

i was able to fix mine by picking out the 2 o-rings and replacing them with a set of hbnr o-rings available at harbor freight. mine were leaking right where they plug into the cooler. hope that's your case because the lines themselves are no longer available
