Hi,
You might consider chasing down the cast lower bracket that S111 used. The upper adjustable arm is the same, I think. Try Neil at Red Door Ofroad. 1-484-336-3782

I've got that, it's does not work with an exmod engine block. The castings on the blocks are different. The bracket will bolt on but the pulleys do not align.

Did you try a double pulley? My 12V exMoD 109 still has the generator, but I installed the Pangolin parts when I did the water pump and crank seal. Eyeballing it it looks like the double pulley will line-up fine on a Delco.

On an exMoD Series LR the 2.25 motors ran 8-blade fans with twin belts, necessitating dual pulleys on the water pump, crankshaft, and generator. I'll have to grab a photo.

Attached is the under-hood photo from my 109. You can see the twin belts, and I labeled the Pangolin lower alternator bracket, which you may be able to modify to accept other than Delco units.
