Help needed

Does anyone have a pdf copy of the manual for the 6 pot 3 liter IOE (F head) engines as fitted to the Rover P5, please?
It's basically the Land Rover 6 pot with a few minor differences, so a Landy manual will be good, too.
I have been asked to rebuild an engine and would prefer to use a manual rather than winging it.

Sadly, it appears my earlier statement about minor differences is a bit off the mark, and the P5 engine is " of the same family" but different enough that the Landy manual only lightly covers the basics.
Thanks for the link, though, I will definitely have a look-see at the offerings.
