It has been suggested that what our Rover may be experiencing is a governor valve gone bad. Only shifts out of 1st after 15 mins warm up. Filter has been changed and metal debris was present. Looked high and low for an online video walking this "backyard mechanic" thru locating and replacing the governor valve.
