he put a really good test on them and the new 4.75 R&P's last weekend at Crozet. Lots of rev limiter involved in some areas. I'd buy them if I had the $$$'s right now.

he seems to think that they will hold up, i was just wondering if anyone else is running them.
they quoted me $1413 to my door, kinda spendy...

I looked into CV unlimited last year, but ended up going with Rovertracks. Does CV still have that guarantee for replacement ? 1st breakage is free- 2nd is half price or something

yeah he said he banged it up pretty good,

Nomar, why did you go AEU2522 over CV Unlimited? Cost?

and yeah the warranty is the same
1st break is free
2nd break is 1/2
3rd is yours

shafts are 300M and the CV is 4340

Last year I think Rovertracks front kit was around $900-950 maybe ? I am running 33x10.50's right now --not going to bigger tires at the moment , so they were a little cheaper than CVU. But I am a little cautious; with CVU you can hammer them at least the first set!!

A good friend of mine runs them in his D-90. Last year I was going to have them do a set for my DII before I decided on the conversion. From what I hear, the DII components are now available.

ok so for those who care, i ponied up and got the CV unlimited front axle stuff.
first impressions are that the seem to be slightly larger, bells are thicker and all the edges are softened a bit.

take a look at the pictures.

let's see if i can break em' :D

mike,

i've had a true track in it for quite some time, and i'm gonna stick w/ it for now.
