Gents, I was encountering a battery drain issue on my 92 SWB classic leaving the battery completely dead in 1-2 days. I was able to fix this issue by installing the correct Bosch fuel pump relay. The issue now is a very slow drain hence planning on having a meticulous mechanic go through the wiring to address the root cause and get it sorted. The chap I am using is a BMW and Porsche specialist so looking for links or any info/documents fellow members have on the wiring diagrams, fuses and relays for the classic. Many thanks in advance for any info or links as I continue to work through my restoration project.

Also, to add the PO had attempted to install an aftermarket system. In searching the forums it appears that it's best not to alter the Rover stereo systems as they tie into the security system which in turn is tied to the engine management. I don't believe the wiring for the aftermarket stereo which is dead anyways was done right. If someone has the schematics for the stereo system that would go a long way in getting to the bottom of this issue.
