I don't have the pn, but just about any parts supplier (like Will Tillery) can get you one. As a guy with the oil cooler on my R380, I wouldn't get rid of it. R380's can get pretty toasty at sustained highway speeds. You will need to fab up the cooler lines, they're just as hard to find as the part you have.

Bypass part code is FTC4053. Was only present on 300TDI manual defender and discovery, that is, without cooler.
