I'm trying to remove the oil filler neck to clean the rocker covers. That sonofagun isn't budging. I was able to get it to rotate a few quarter turns but I've now successfully lodged it in place. Is there something on the inside that needs to be released before I can fully remove this thing? Or some other trick before I go caveman on this thing?

It just unscrews. I had to use a large slip-joint pliers the first time because 15 years of grime had it locked down.
Spray wd 40 around fillrt neck and let it soak couple hrs rotate back and forth repeat until loose
