I have an 2002 LR Disco 2

The tranny gear shift interlock is not working.

I have no response from the central door locks either. The key, key fob and the dash button all do not work.

I also have an integrated relay clicking in the fuse panel/IDM when I press the brake to shift out of park.
The brake lights work when you depress the pedal.

I am at a loss as to where to look for the issue. any help is greatly appreciated.

test your battery.

check the connectors for corrosion on your battery cables.

just dealt with something similar and it was corroded battery cables.

Definitely could be. Sounds like your interior box is failing or has failed in some areas.

Happens on a regular basis. I have them in stock it you end up tracing it back to there.

I was going to say check fuse 21 but you said you swapped the fuse box. Did you use new fuses and relays or did you use the old ones in the new fuse box?
Are you getting power to your shift interlock solenoid when the brake is pressed? If not, could be the solenoid isn't getting power, it's not grounded or the solenoid is dead.
