resource for wheel adapters-not spacers

Anyone have a lead on who makes a wheel adapter from a jeep 5x5.5" to LR 5x6.5"? I read one thread on this but it was not very helpful and most of those biz are not in biz anymore or don't return emails or calls.
Want to put LR wolf wheels on my Bantam T3C trailer.

I did the conversion on a trailer which I bought on Craigslist. The trailer came with Jeep hubs. I used WheelSpacers.ca. They customized a set of adapters so that I can run my extra set of Disco 2 - Hurricane wheels on the trailer.

They are a local business to me. They make their own spacers and adapters in the shop. Pretty well known among the local automotive crowd.
