Hi
My factory mesh grill surround seems to have warped and
cracked. Can it be repaired and further warping prevented
or is this something that happens?

I've taken of off for now to protect it, running a stock one for
now.

Thanks in advance
Steve

It is definitely repairable.
In the past, I've stopped drilled cracks that are less that an 1.5" with a 1/8" drill bit on plastic and metal.
Or you can google plastic welding.

I have used a product called Plastex to repair plastic motorcycle fairings with great success. V groove the back half way through and put clear packing tape on the front and you won't need to paint it.
