So.. I have had my 08 LR3 for 6 years. I have always been diligent to put in high test gas (mid grade when in a pinch), but for whatever reason this morning I said "F it...i am going to put in 87 octane". Well...I have a 50 mile commute to work and I got much better gas mileage than normal this morning. i usually average 16.5 and on my drive this morning i got 20.
