Cue all the smart-alecks 
Selling the RTT. Since the vehicle won't fit in the garage with it I have to put it up and take it down anytime I need to do maintenance on the Disco, which rapidly becomes a pain in the rear end.
Asking $1050. This includes the annex and an extension ladder - brand new you're looking at a savings of about $800.
No wear and tear on the tent. No leaks. We just camped in 6 hours of steady rain a couple weekends ago and nothing. The annex looks brand new. The only wear is on the tent cover. The inside is brand new.
If I have to take it off my Disco for winter storage, I'll probably just keep it and use it again next spring and summer but figure before it goes taking up space in the garage and I give myself half a hernia removing it I'd see if anyone's interested.
We love the tent, it sleeps great. The annex allows us to nap during the day (holds two full sized cots plus gear) and to keep the dogs inside at night.
