Truck won't start and I'm out of ideas. Hoping for some wisdom on why my D1 won't start up. I'll cut right to the chase.

My truck DOES:
-Crank strong with key in the III position, but only after a 3ish second delay.
-Have good fuel pressure (checked at the schrader valve on fuel rail)
-Have a working fuel pump (can hear it in the trunk when I have a friend turn the key)

My truck DOES NOT:
-Have spark at any of the spark plugs
-Have any error lights illuminated or any engine codes
-Have any blown fuses

I have TRIED:
-checking ECU for corrosion, it's nice and clean
-replacing the crank position sensor
-doing the lock-unlock sequence to reset the alarm
-resetting inertia switch

Following up because I fixed the issue. I found this 1997 technical service bulletin describing my problem:

http://workshop-manuals.com/landrov...97/security_system_engine_no_start_condition/

"If after approximately 7 seconds the vehicle cranks but still will not start, the problem is related to the Theft Alarm system."

After checking out the green Lucas 10as alarm box in the passenger footwell, I found that previous water intrusion had made its way into the alarm box and was causing it to act up. I replaced both the alarm box and ECU with functioning units from a parts car and my D1 started right up and is running great now. My rear windows work again too (I don't even want to know if that was somehow related).
